HEATWAVE TECHNOLOGY
Take your cooking surface up to over 600 degrees without the fear of flare ups, while minimizing pellet consumption.
STAINLESS STEEL ACCENTS
The lid to our front-loading hopper and the rain cap for our center smoke stack have been converted to Stainless Steel.
SLIDING TOP SHELF
Our top grid has been converted to a slide-out to allow for easier access and removal.
GRID HANGERS
A small but equally HUGE addition is a pair of hangers added to the front of the grill for hanging up to two top grids or other grilling accessories.
INCREASED HEIGHT
An additional 3″ has been added to the height of our grills allowing for even more cooking area for larger cuts of meat on both top and bottom grids.

Try to keep it short. First, Im very much a noob to grills/smokin, yes I’ve used grills gas thru out my life, not all time, and have a mes 30 that used handful times. I like but it’s just a smoker. Never used pellet grill. Second, after many hours on line researching/reading, couple emails to different grill makers and couple trips to the “stores” and finally to a dealer for SB. Third, my budget was 5-800$ as it’s just me and I’m a noob.😁 Fourth, after much internal debating and talking with your dealer in noblesville, I went with SB PP 24. For many reasons, main being made in usa for couple hundred more and built to last, I hope. Lastly, I gave 4 stars cause when I got home tried to turn on but got err1 code on module and noone available to chat(no big deal as this was Sunday evening) but sent email and no response. However, watch video about replace module and internet said could be a loose or broken connection (internal temp probe wasnt connected) I was able to get grill goin. I did venison burgers first 👍👍 and next gonna be beef heart this weekend (10-2-21). So all that being said I’m sure it’s 5 stars and will enjoy it for long time to come, God willing.

Welcome to the family Jason! I dove into why you hadn’t received an email as that is very abnormal. It looks like a response was sent on Monday. Please reach back out if you still have questions. Those venison burgers sound amazing!
